Dr. Masso founded Cross Keys Animal Hospital in 2001 and moved into our current location in 2011. She received her undergraduate degree in Animal Science with a minor in Pre-Veterinary Medicine from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 1993. Dr. Masso then moved on to complete her doctorate in veterinary medicine from the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997.
A long-time resident of Williamstown, Dr. Masso has always been active in the community. She was very active in the school system via her 4 children. She is also on the board of the Eaise Family Foundation which works to support research at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia to help children with brain cancer.
She is a member of the New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Masso resides in New Jersey with her husband and four children. Her pets include two dogs and one cat.
Dr. Wilson just celebrated her 20th anniversary at Cross Keys Animal Hospital! We are honored that she has spent so much time caring for our patients and being a part of our team.
Originally from White Sulphur Springs, WV, Dr. Wilson moved to New Jersey after completing her doctorate in veterinary medicine at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. Through her career, Dr. Wilson developed an interest in alternative medicine and is a Certified Acupuncturist. She uses acupuncture to treat a variety of patient concerns including hip dysplasia, arthritis, feline urine spraying, kidney disease. She often combines acupuncture treatment with more traditional medicine to help our patients feel better. Dr. Wilson is an active board member of the Pitman Rotary Club. She resides in New Jersey with her husband, two sons, four cats, and one dog.
Dr. Alyssa Quinn, a South Jersey native, earned her bachelor’s degree at Lafayette College. During her time in school, she volunteered as an animal caretaker at the Live Animal Center at the Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia and participated in a summer externship at a veterinary clinic in London. She went on to earn her Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris (VMD) degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
During her time at Penn, Dr. Quinn worked with Native American Veterinary Services, an organization that provides spays, neuters, and vaccinations to animals on reservations throughout Arizona and New Mexico. We were thrilled to welcome her to our team in April 2018!
Her areas of interest include preventative medicine, internal medicine, and client education. When not at the office, Dr. Quinn enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, their children and their pets.
Dr. Molly Hosier is a long time South Jersey resident. She received a BS in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and obtained her Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris (VMD) from the University of Pennsylvania. While there, she acted as the Academic Liaison for her class, worked on a research project involving feral swine with the USDA, and had a 6-week externship with the CDC involving a meningitis outbreak in Chicago. Dr. Hosier joined the Cross Keys Animal Hospital in December 2019.
Dr. Hosier has a special interest in chickens and spent summers during veterinary school working with Dr. Sherrill Davison at the Pennsylvania Animal Diagnostic Laboratory System (PADLS), New Bolton Center. Her other interests include dermatology, nutrition, preventative medicine, and infectious diseases. Dr. Hosier is Fear-Free certified and plans to continue working towards stress-free exams for dogs and cats at the Cross Keys Animal Hospital.
When not at the hospital, Dr. Hosier enjoys singing in her church choir, baking, reading, and spending time with her husband, Marc. Dr. Hosier has a mixed breed rescued dog named Mya, and two rescued greyhounds, Daisy and Shafer that she loves and enjoys spending time with.
Dr. Ana Mayoral is originally from Spain and obtained her degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Córdoba. Her first job in the US was at a general practice veterinarian in Jacksonville, FL. While in Florida she also worked for a large cat sanctuary and loved getting to know the big cats and taking care of them.
Dr. Ana joined our team in 2020 and has continued to develop her interested in dentistry, feline medicine, and ultrasound. In her free time she enjoys gardening, baking, and crafting. She loved to spend time outside with her husband, daughter, their two dogs and three cats.
Dr. Cate Potchen was born and raised in Philadelphia. She received her undergraduate degree from La Salle University in 2011, and her degree in veterinary medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. Dr. Potchen worked as a veterinary technician for 6 years while in school. She joined Cross Keys Animal Hospital as an Associate Veterinarian in 2021. Her professional interests include preventative medicine, internal medicine, and feline medicine. She currently resides in South Jersey with her husband, children, 2 dogs and 1 cat.
Racquel was a client with us before joining our team in 2007! She has loved watching the hospital grow and being a part of supporting our clients. In her spare time she adores being a grandmother and spending time with her three grandchildren. She is an avid walker, and walks daily rain or shine. She’s also our resident plant-mom and that love extends to a large garden at home. Racquel enjoys spending time at home with her husband, two dogs and one cat.
Jackie has been a part of our reception team since 2019 and is one of our resident cat-ladies. She is the happiest when she’s surrounded by animals, as evidenced by the 4 cats she shares her home with.
When Jackie is not at work she enjoys knitting, cooking and being down the shore. She also knows a lot of the best restaurants in the area and can always be count on for a good recommendation. She welcomed her first child in 2023 whom she shares with her husband.
Gennifer started her animal career in high school when she interviewed a veterinarian for her senior project and got a part time job in the kennel that was part of the clinic. During her 20+ years working with animals she’s held many positions including pet photographer, boarding facility manager, volunteer at Cedar Run and an intern at the Philly Zoo. She has an associates in Biology and Business Administration from Camden County College and a bachelors in Zoology from Delaware Valley University.
She lives with 2 dogs and 4 cats (all of whom came from work), a cockatiel and a 20 year old snake named Gem. Her hobbies include crafting, reading, gardening, and camping with her family.
Cheyenne has been a part of our front desk since 2020. Growing up, she always had a passion for animals and helping them so starting a career in veterinary was a logical step. She has 6 cats at home that range from 3 years to 17 years!
When not in the office, Cheyenne enjoys reading, horseback riding, shopping and relaxing. She is always enthusiastic to try a new restaurant and gives great food recommendations.
Dawn has worked behind the scenes at CKAH for a few years doing our accounting and social media. In 2024 she joined the front desk as part of our customer service team! Prior to working in veterinary medicine, Dawn worked at a television repair shop for 30 years and handled every aspect of the business with her partner George.
Dawn currently has two dogs, a chihuahua and a pomeranian, but has previously been pet-mom to a cockatoo named Peaches and several maltese dogs.
Megan has always loved animals and is passionate about helping them. She loves to cook and bake and volunteers those talents to help prepare food for families in need during the holidays. She is the proud owner of three cats and prides herself on spending her spare time trying new restaurants and traveling. She has recently started to train as a technician and has been enjoying picking up new skills and working more closely with patients.
Cindy joined our front desk team in the summer of 2024. She has worked in veterinary medicine for over a decade and has been an active part of the local rescue community for just as long. Currently she has four dogs at home (Gordon, Brynn, Clarke and Miroslav) who range in ages from 1 year old to 6. Her love of animals doesn’t just include dogs and cats, she is also the mother-hen to a flock of over 15 chickens, 2 guinea pigs, and fish. Cindy is an avid gardener in her spare time and enjoys being in the outdoors hiking with her family and the dogs.
Natalie, Jaime, and Beth
Debbie has been a part of the Cross Keys team since 2005. She received her Associates Degree in Applied Science and went on to pass her boards to become a certified veterinary technician in the state of NJ. She has always had a love for all animals but her passion belongs to horses and dogs. She has competed in local horse shows, had a horse of her own named Beaver, and continues to care for 3 horses via a part time position at a local farm. She developed an interest in canine behavior and training while working in the veterinary field and enjoys participating in training classed with her dog, Lincoln. Lincoln is a 5 year old boston terrier who is a typical momma’s boy. He loves to steal socks and washcloths in his free time. In her free time, Debbie enjoys crafts, local diners, collecting succulents and picking up the socks and washcloths that Lincoln leaves around the house.
Jennifer has been part of our veterinary technical team since 2006. Originally from Philadelphia, she moved to New Jersey and worked towards an Associates Degree in Applied Science from Camden County College. Jen later when on to pass her boards to become a Certified Veterinary Technician in the State of New Jersey.
Jennifer has held many positions in the hospital over the years but is currently part of our management team. She helps with doctor scheduling, working with vendors, and our inventory. She shares her home with her husband and cats.
Bonnie has been a part of our team since 2011 (but really much longer because she’s Dr. Masso’s sister). She handles all of our bills, banking, and payroll and also works as a technician several shifts a week. She enjoys doing dental procedures and works with the surgery team on Fridays.
Jenn has been part of our veterinary technical team since August 2012 when she started as an intern. She received her Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology from Camden County College and went on to pass her boards to become a Certified Veterinary Technician in the State of New Jersey. While at work, she can regularly be found in our dental suite performing surgery. Jen enjoys learning and is a wealth of information when it comes to veterinary medicine.
Before becoming a veterinary technician, Jenn was an art major and a hairdresser. She has three dogs and four cats.
Cali is a life-long learner and is working toward attending veterinary school and opening her own practice. She joined the CKAH team in 2021 and graduated from Camden County College with a degree in Veterinary Nursing in 2022. She passed the VTNE in 2023 and finalized her license to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. In 2024, she graduated from Rowan University with a bachelors in Biological Sciences and minors in Chemistry and Pre-Medical studies.
Not only does she work with domestic animals but she volunteers at Cedar Run to helps injured and orphaned wildlife in their animal hospital. With what little free time she has, Cali enjoys painting and crafting and is learning ASL and Korean.
Kristin originally joined CKAH as an intern in 2013. She was previously a licensed practical nurse (LPN) working in human hospice care before deciding to make a career shift. Kristin quickly completed her Veterinary Technology degree at Camden County College and became a full time member of our team. She is very active in the local rescue community and works closely with our rescue partners as well as other rescues to promote awareness of their efforts, fundraise and even foster animals in need.
A Philadelphia native, Kristin purchased her first home in New Jersey in 2024. As you can tell by the photo, she loves giraffes and would love to add one to her pet list that currently includes one dog, 4 cats, and some fish.
Kelly completed her Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology at Camden County College and is studying to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. A true outdoor person, Kelly raises honey bees and enjoys doing pressed flower art. Her ultimate dream would be to own her own farm! She is a steadfast Phillies fan and was excited to show her team pride when they were in the NLCS finals in 2023.
Emily joined us as an intern while she was completing her Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology from Camden County College. She graduated in May 2019 and became a full time member of our team shortly thereafter. Emily loves crafting and regularly makes items for the staff using her cricut machine. An avid reader, Emily enjoys the science fiction genre such as Game of Thrones. She also enjoys watching the Phillies and rooting for the team.
Victoria has wanted to work with animals since she was 5 years old. She completed an associates degree in equine science from Rowan College of South Jersey and will complete her veterinary nursing degree in 2024. While completing her degree she works park time with us as well as gaining experience in emergency and specialty care at Mount Laurel Animal Hospital. A true animal lover, Victoria is momma to 6 pets including a pitbull mix, a bichon, 2 cats, and 2 guinea pigs. She is a huge fan of Halloween and has been spending what little free time she has renovating her home.
Claudia’s original career path was to a be a lawyer. She had always loved animals but hadn’t really thought about a career with them until she saw a posting for a position at CKAH. Once she started with us she couldn’t deny that this was the path for her. Claudia is a momma to 3 cats aging from 9months to 9 years old. She is passionate about animal rescues and helping animals in need and is energetic about educating our clients. In her spare time she writes poetry and bakes and is a talented singer (although she’s shy about showing off her karaoke skills).
Gabrielle was a client before joining our team in 2023. She has loved animals as long as she can remember and worked in an office before finally deciding to make the career change. She is passionate about suicide awareness and wildlife conservation and enjoys spending time outside in her garden or sitting by the fire in the fall. She currently has one dog and lost her other in August 2023 to lymphoma after raising him from a puppy. She is also a mom to 4 cats and a savannah monitor that is over 3 feet long!
Megan is a jack of all trades at CKAH and works primarily as a technician but can also help out at the front desk. She has a masters degree in English and decided to move into veterinary medicine to work with animals. A traveler at heart, Megan loves to explore new places and her favorite is Italy. She goes whenever she is able and loves to sample the food and see new areas. Megan is learning Italian to help make her travels through the country easier.
Katie has always had a passion for animals and wants to use her technician experience at CKAH to eventually move into veterinary physical therapy! She joined our team in 2024 after working in the boarding industry. She loves learning about animal health and behavior so changing to veterinary seemed like a natural fit. She is currently the proud owner of a dog, Alfredo, who she rescued as a puppy in 2024. She is also mom to a 6 year old pit-mix, Skye, and two cats. In her time away from work, Katie coaches volleyball and often travels for games. She has been playing that since the first grade and has a deep love for the sport. She enjoys working with the children, ages 12-18, to help them develop their skills.
Alyssa joined our team in January 2024 and has quickly become a jack of all trades! She works as a technician as well as helping out at the front desk. Alyssa has a passion for behavior and training and works with Don’t Bully Us Rescue to help foster dogs who are looking for a forever home. She recently started her own training business and is excited to help local dogs learn valuable skills. At home, Alyssa is mom to 6 dogs including a cancer survivor, a rescue from Texas and South Carolina, and a dog she rescued at 3 weeks old on Christmas Eve (who’s now 9!). She is a huge Broadway fan and Swifty and loves to bake.
Brianna has been a member of our team since 2018! She’s worked in many departments including kennel, veterinary assistant and front desk and is excited to continue learning more about veterinary medicine. Bri graduated from Delaware Valley University with a bachelors in Animal Science and is beginning the process of applying to veterinary school.
Dominique joined our team in 2022 while attending high school. She recently started attending Rowan and plans to move into their Veterinary School once it’s construction is complete. She has 4 dogs including a french bulldog, two english bulldogs, and a boston terrier and is also the owner of a 3 year old hedgehog.
Dominique began training as a veterinary assistant in 2024 and is excited to build her skills and work more with patients. She enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her dogs.
