Our Staff

Penny Crossley, our head receptionist,  is a familiar face you will see at Cross Keys Animal Hospital.  Penny has been with our practice since its opening in 2001.  Penny has two dogs.

Anna Marie Devecchio is one of the receptionists you will see when you enter the doors of Cross Keys Animal Hospital. Ann Marie has been part of the Cross Keys team since opening in 2001. Anna Marie has two dogs and one cat.

Racquel Porter is one of the bright faces you will first see when entering Cross Keys Animal Hospital.  Racquel was a long time client of Cross Keys who decided to venture into a career at our hospital. We are grateful she did.  Racquel has two dogs, one cat and a guinea pig named Beep Beeps.

Gina Wilson has been a member of our reception staff for over 5 years. Gina is also a horseback riding instructor for a local farm. Gina has one dog and two horses.

Kristi Sherry is the business office manager at Cross Keys Animal Hospital. Kristi has been with the practice since opening our doors in 2001. Kristi has two dogs, one cat, beautiful aquarium of fish and two birds.

Melissa Brittingham (formerly Wade) is the human resources manager at Cross Keys Animal Hospital. Melissa received her bachelors degree in Animal Science at the University of Delaware. Melissa also is a registered veterinary technician who has been active in the field of veterinary medicine for over 16 years. Melissa resides in Washington Township with her two children. Melissa has three dogs, two cats and a bird.

Barbara Haley is a part of the veterinary technical staff at Cross Keys Animal Hospital. Barbara received her associates degree in Applied Science from Camden County College. Barbara went on to pass her boards and become a Certified Veterinary Technician in the State of New Jersey. Barbara also teaches animal CPR at the Red Cross. Barbara has 2 dogs and 2 cats.

Jennifer Troilo is part of our veterinary technical team. Jennifer received her associates degree in Applied Science from Camden County College. Jennifer went on to pass her boards and become a Certified Veterinary Technician in the State of New Jersey. Jennifer has 5 cats, two rats, two rabbits and one dog.

Melissa Burgess is the newest member of our veterinary technical team. Melissa received her associates degree in Applied Science from Camden County College. Melissa went on to pass her boards and become a Certified Veterinary Tecnician in the State of New Jersey. Melissa has two dogs and two cats.

Debbie Uhle has been part of our technical team for over five years. Debbie received her associates degree in Applied Science from Camden County College. Debbie went on to pass her boards and become a Certified Veterinary Technician in the State of New Jersey. Debbie has one dog, a rat, plenty of fish and one horse.

Jay Van Kooy has been a part of our reception and technical staff for over two years now. Yes, the name does sound familiar. He is the son of Dr. Mary Van Kooy. Jay hopes to one day follow in his mothers’ footsteps as a veterinarian himself. Jay has a cute Pit Bull named Zoey, 2 cats, fish and frogs.

Megan Dobbins is the newest member of our staff. Megan is responsible for the upkeep and maintainence of our kennel and treatment areas. Megan is currently attending county college as a freshman.
